How To Apply For A Jamaica Visa

Application Process

Confirm the visit activity is permitted as a visitor activity.
Contact the Embassy of Jamaica in Beijing for Pakistan-resident filing instructions, Form J, payment and passport-return arrangements.
Complete and sign Visa Application Form J.
Prepare the original passport, photograph, itinerary, accommodation, funds and purpose evidence.
Submit the application by the method authorized by the Embassy.
Pay the visa and any applicable mission fees using the Embassy's instructions.
Provide additional documents if the case is referred or further examined.
Receive the passport containing the visa after approval.
Travel with supporting documents, return or onward travel evidence and proof of funds.

Conditional Requirements

If sponsored, provide a sponsor letter, sponsor bank evidence, sponsor passport or identity copy, and relationship or sponsorship evidence where appropriate.
For a family or friend visit, provide a host invitation or accommodation letter, host identity or passport copy, host address and contact details, and relationship evidence where appropriate.
For business or conference travel, provide an employer or company letter, Jamaican invitation, event registration or programme, and evidence of funding. Paid work or work for reward requires separate work authorization.
For medical travel, provide hospital or doctor evidence, treatment details and costs, and evidence of funds or sponsorship.
For a minor, confirm with the Embassy whether parental signatures or notarized consent are required; consent, birth certificate and parent identity documents are prudent supporting evidence.
If applying from a country other than nationality, provide proof of lawful residence where applicable.
