Please read before booking or using our services

By accessing this website, requesting a quotation, making a booking, submitting documents, or purchasing a service through Varioline Traveller, you acknowledge the applicable terms stated on this page together with any supplier-specific rules disclosed for your booking.

These Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement between you and Varioline Traveller, having its office at Plaza No. 1, Block A-1, PIA Main Boulevard, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

Where a particular booking, quotation, invoice, itinerary, service agreement, supplier rule, corporate agreement, group arrangement, sponsorship arrangement, or other written confirmation contains additional or more specific conditions, those specific conditions will apply to that particular service to the extent of any inconsistency with these general Terms.

1. Acceptance and Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to your use of the Varioline Traveller website and to travel-related products and services purchased, requested, arranged, facilitated, or administered through Varioline Traveller, whether the transaction takes place through our website, office, telephone, email, messaging service, representative, or another authorized channel.

Our services may include air ticketing, hotel reservations, visa and immigration assistance, tours and activities, transfers and ground arrangements, Hajj and Umrah services, travel insurance facilitation, study-abroad assistance, corporate travel, group travel, conference and CME travel arrangements, sponsorship-based travel arrangements, and other related travel services.

By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, submitting documents, making a payment, confirming a booking, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms together with any booking-specific terms and applicable supplier conditions communicated to you.

2. Definitions

For these Terms, “Varioline Traveller,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Varioline Traveller. “Customer,” “you,” and “traveller” include the person making an enquiry or booking and, where applicable, every traveller included in that booking.

“Supplier” means an independent third party providing a travel product or service, including an airline, hotel, tour operator, transport company, insurance provider, cruise operator, educational institution, visa application centre, courier, embassy-related service provider, or other service provider.

“Booking” means any reservation, ticket, service, application, arrangement, package, itinerary component, or other travel product requested, reserved, confirmed, or administered through Varioline Traveller.

3. Eligibility and Authority to Book

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding transaction or be acting with the authority of a person, business, sponsor, institution, family member, delegate, or organization that has such capacity.

Where you make arrangements for other travellers, you confirm that you are authorized to provide their personal information, submit instructions on their behalf, and accept applicable booking conditions for them.

You are responsible for communicating relevant booking conditions and supplier rules to all travellers included in the booking.

4. Customer Information and Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, current, and genuine information required for any booking, application, or service. This includes names exactly as shown on passports, dates of birth, passport details, nationality, contact information, travel dates, immigration history, employment information, financial information, family information, and any other details reasonably required for the relevant service.

You must review tickets, itineraries, hotel vouchers, visa forms, appointment details, invoices, insurance documents, confirmations, and other records provided by us and promptly notify us of any error or discrepancy.

Varioline Traveller is not responsible for losses, penalties, missed travel, application issues, rejections, additional charges, or other consequences caused by inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, misleading, fraudulent, or late information supplied by the customer or another person acting on the customer's behalf.

5. Nature of Our Services and Third-Party Suppliers

For many travel products, Varioline Traveller acts as an intermediary, facilitator, or booking agent between the customer and independent suppliers. Airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, insurers, educational institutions, visa application centres, embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, government departments, and other third parties operate independently from Varioline Traveller.

A supplier's own terms, fare rules, conditions of carriage, cancellation rules, check-in requirements, baggage rules, refund policies, operational policies, entry requirements, and other conditions may apply in addition to these Terms.

Except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, Varioline Traveller is not responsible for the acts, omissions, insolvency, operational decisions, service failures, delays, cancellations, or policy changes of independent suppliers.

6. Quotations, Prices and Availability

Unless expressly stated otherwise, quotations are based on availability and prices available at the time the quotation is issued and do not constitute a confirmed reservation.

Airfares, hotel rates, taxes, exchange rates, tour prices, visa charges, insurance premiums, supplier fees, and other travel costs may change without notice until the relevant service has been confirmed and, where required, ticketed or paid.

A quotation may expire earlier than its stated validity if the underlying fare, room, seat, appointment, inventory, exchange rate, or supplier rate is no longer available.

Varioline Traveller may correct a genuine pricing, typographical, system, or calculation error identified before final confirmation. Where such an error is identified after payment but before issuance, the customer may be offered the corrected price or, where appropriate, a refund of the affected unissued service.

7. Booking Confirmation

A request, quotation, payment instruction, provisional reservation, blocked seat, held room, application preparation, or verbal discussion does not necessarily constitute final confirmation.

A service is confirmed only when Varioline Traveller or the relevant supplier has issued the applicable confirmation, ticket, voucher, booking reference, policy, appointment confirmation, or other document required for that service.

Customers should not make non-refundable or dependent arrangements until the necessary components of their travel have been confirmed.

8. Payments and Payment Deadlines

Payments must be made in the amount, currency, manner, and within the deadline communicated by Varioline Traveller.

Airline fares and other time-sensitive reservations may be cancelled or repriced automatically if payment or ticketing is not completed before the applicable deadline.

Where a bank, card processor, payment service, foreign-exchange provider, or other intermediary imposes a transaction fee, currency-conversion charge, withholding, or similar charge, that amount may be payable separately by the customer.

We may decline to issue tickets, vouchers, documents, confirmations, or other services until cleared funds and all required information have been received.

9. Air Tickets and Airline Services

Air tickets are subject to the airline's applicable fare rules and conditions of carriage. Depending on the fare purchased, a ticket may be refundable, partially refundable, non-refundable, changeable with a penalty, or completely non-changeable.

The customer is responsible for checking the passenger name, route, travel date, flight number, baggage allowance, transit requirements, and other ticket details immediately after issuance.

Airline schedules, aircraft, seats, terminals, baggage allowances, meal services, operating routes, and other arrangements may be changed by the airline. Varioline Traveller does not control such operational decisions.

Any change, cancellation, refund, reissue, rerouting, date change, name correction, or no-show will be subject to the airline's applicable rules together with any disclosed Varioline Traveller service charge.

Passengers are responsible for reporting for check-in within the airline's required time and for complying with airport, security, transit, and boarding requirements.

10. Hotels and Accommodation

Hotel reservations are subject to the hotel's or accommodation supplier's confirmation and applicable conditions.

Hotel classification, facilities, meal arrangements, check-in and check-out times, bedding configuration, deposits, local taxes, resort fees, security deposits, and cancellation conditions may vary by property and destination.

Special requests such as adjoining rooms, particular views, smoking or non-smoking rooms, early check-in, late check-out, or specific bedding are requests only unless expressly confirmed by the accommodation provider.

The customer is responsible for complying with hotel policies and for paying personal expenses, damage charges, deposits, local taxes, and other amounts not expressly included in the confirmed booking.

11. Tours, Activities, Transfers and Ground Services

Tours, attractions, transfers, sightseeing, excursions, car services, and other ground services are subject to supplier availability, operating schedules, local conditions, minimum participation requirements, and supplier-specific cancellation policies.

Meeting points, reporting times, age restrictions, dress requirements, physical requirements, baggage restrictions, identification requirements, and other participation conditions are the customer's responsibility to review and follow.

Late arrival, failure to appear, or failure to meet participation requirements may result in loss of the service without refund.

12. Visa and Immigration Assistance

Varioline Traveller may provide administrative assistance relating to visa applications, document preparation, appointment scheduling, application forms, supporting-document checklists, submission arrangements, cover letters, itinerary preparation, and related travel documentation.

Varioline Traveller does not issue visas and does not control the decision of any embassy, consulate, immigration authority, visa application centre, or government agency.

Visa approval, refusal, processing time, validity, permitted stay, number of entries, interview requirements, biometric requirements, appointment availability, passport retention, and requests for additional documentation are determined solely by the relevant authority.

No employee, representative, estimate, assessment, previous result, document review, or opinion provided by Varioline Traveller constitutes a guarantee that a visa will be issued or issued within a particular period.

Customers are responsible for providing genuine, complete, accurate, and consistent information and documents. We reserve the right to refuse assistance where documents or information appear false, altered, misleading, incomplete, inconsistent, or otherwise inappropriate for submission.

Embassy, government, visa application centre, biometric, courier, legalization, attestation, translation, appointment, insurance, and similar third-party charges may be non-refundable regardless of the outcome of an application.

13. Hajj and Umrah Services

Hajj and Umrah arrangements are subject to applicable Saudi Arabian laws, government regulations, permit systems, visa requirements, airline schedules, hotel availability, transportation arrangements, quotas, health requirements, and rules issued by competent authorities.

Package components, schedules, transportation, accommodation, religious-tour arrangements, and movement restrictions may require modification where mandated by authorities or suppliers or where circumstances beyond our reasonable control require a change.

Customers are responsible for satisfying applicable passport, vaccination, health, permit, visa, age, eligibility, and other official requirements.

14. Study Abroad and Educational Assistance

Where Varioline Traveller provides study-abroad or educational assistance, our role may include general guidance, document assistance, application coordination, travel arrangements, appointment support, and other services expressly agreed with the customer.

Admission decisions, scholarships, academic assessments, enrolment decisions, tuition policies, student visa decisions, institutional policies, work rights, and immigration decisions remain the responsibility of the relevant institution or government authority.

Varioline Traveller does not guarantee admission, scholarship, visa approval, employment rights, permanent residence, or any particular academic or immigration outcome.

15. Travel Insurance

Where travel insurance is arranged or facilitated through Varioline Traveller, the insurance contract is between the insured person and the relevant insurer. Coverage is governed by the insurer's policy wording, exclusions, limits, conditions, excesses, eligibility rules, and claims procedures.

Customers must review the policy documents carefully and determine whether the coverage is appropriate for their circumstances.

Varioline Traveller does not determine or guarantee the outcome of an insurance claim and is not responsible for an insurer's decision to accept, reject, reduce, or delay a claim.

16. Corporate, Group, Conference and Sponsored Travel

Group, corporate, conference, CME, pharmaceutical-sponsored, incentive, delegation, and sponsored travel may be subject to special contractual arrangements, group fares, rooming lists, name deadlines, deposit schedules, minimum group sizes, supplier conditions, sponsor requirements, and operational deadlines.

A sponsor's agreement to pay specified expenses does not transfer to Varioline Traveller responsibility for expenses outside the agreed scope.

Each traveller remains responsible for personal eligibility to travel, passport validity, immigration compliance, visa decisions, personal conduct, and any expenses not expressly included in the sponsored or group arrangement.

Changes to passenger names, group size, travel dates, rooming arrangements, flight sectors, itinerary, visa status, or sponsorship after confirmation may result in repricing, penalties, loss of group benefits, or cancellation of affected services.

Where a group booking is dependent on minimum numbers, supplier space, visa outcomes, or sponsor approval, Varioline Traveller may revise or cancel arrangements if the required conditions are not met.

17. Passports and Travel Documentation

Each traveller is responsible for possessing a valid passport and all visas, permits, approvals, certificates, transit permissions, return permissions, residence documents, and other documentation required for the complete journey.

Passport validity and blank-page requirements vary by destination. Customers should ensure that their passport satisfies the requirements of every destination and transit point included in the itinerary.

Advice or assistance provided by Varioline Traveller does not relieve the traveller of responsibility for satisfying official entry, exit, transit, and documentation requirements.

18. Health and Destination Requirements

Customers are responsible for reviewing and satisfying applicable health, vaccination, medical, insurance, safety, quarantine, and entry requirements for their destination and transit points.

Such requirements may change at short notice. Travellers should verify current requirements with the relevant official authorities before departure.

Travellers with medical conditions, reduced mobility, pregnancy, special dietary needs, or other requirements should notify us and the relevant supplier in advance where assistance may be required.

19. Customer-Requested Changes

Requests to change names, dates, flights, hotels, rooms, routes, tours, insurance, appointments, transfers, or other confirmed arrangements are subject to availability and the applicable supplier's rules.

A requested change may result in a supplier penalty, fare or rate difference, tax difference, service charge, or requirement to purchase a new booking.

No requested change is effective until it has been confirmed by Varioline Traveller or the relevant supplier.

20. Cancellations, Refunds and No-Shows

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the rules applicable to each service purchased.

Certain airfares, hotel bookings, tours, visa charges, insurance premiums, packages, deposits, appointment fees, government charges, and service fees may be partially refundable or entirely non-refundable.

Where a supplier authorizes a refund, Varioline Traveller will process or facilitate the refund after receiving the necessary authorization and, where applicable, funds from the supplier. Supplier processing times are outside our direct control.

Any disclosed Varioline Traveller consultation fee, service fee, processing fee, administrative fee, documentation fee, or work already performed may be non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

Failure to report for a flight, hotel, tour, transfer, visa appointment, interview, biometric appointment, or other confirmed service may be treated as a no-show and may result in partial or complete loss of the amount paid.

21. Supplier Changes and Cancellations

Airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, insurers, government authorities, and other suppliers may change or cancel services for operational, commercial, safety, regulatory, weather-related, security, or other reasons.

Where we are informed of a material change, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate available information and assist with alternatives where practicable. Any refund, rebooking, credit, replacement, or compensation remains subject to the applicable supplier rules and law.

22. Flight Delays, Schedule Changes and Disruptions

Flight times and schedules are not guaranteed by Varioline Traveller. Airlines may change departure times, arrival times, flight numbers, aircraft, routes, connections, terminals, or operating dates.

Customers should reconfirm their itinerary and monitor airline communications before and during travel.

Except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, Varioline Traveller is not responsible for missed connections, accommodation, transport, meals, lost time, lost earnings, or other consequential expenses arising from an airline delay, cancellation, schedule change, or disruption.

23. Currency, Taxes and Additional Charges

Prices may be affected by exchange rates, taxes, airport charges, fuel surcharges, government levies, supplier fees, and other charges.

Unless expressly stated as included, destination taxes, resort fees, city taxes, security deposits, excess baggage, optional services, meals, local transport, personal expenses, telephone charges, minibar charges, and similar expenses may be payable directly by the customer.

24. Force Majeure and Events Beyond Our Control

Varioline Traveller will not be responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, terrorism or security incidents, epidemics or pandemics, government restrictions, border closures, strikes, airport disruption, airline operational decisions, technical failures, cyber incidents, supplier insolvency, or changes in law or government policy.

Where such an event affects a booking, we will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes, credits, refunds, and additional costs will remain subject to supplier rules and applicable law.

25. Website Accounts and Security

Where our website allows account creation or customer login, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activities carried out through your account.

You must notify us promptly if you reasonably believe that your account or login credentials have been compromised.

We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe an account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, abusively, or in a manner that threatens the security of our website or systems.

26. Acceptable Use of the Website

You must not use our website, systems, forms, messaging channels, or services for an unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized purpose.

You must not attempt to interfere with website operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or extract data in an unauthorized manner, gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, impersonate another person, or submit false or misleading information.

We may block access, refuse service, preserve evidence, or report suspected misuse where reasonably necessary to protect our business, customers, suppliers, systems, or legal rights.

27. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases, page layouts, and other materials created by or for Varioline Traveller are owned by or licensed to Varioline Traveller and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal or legitimate business travel purposes only. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, modify, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our protected content without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, airline marks, hotel marks, destination images, supplier content, and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

28. Privacy and Personal Information

We collect, use, store, share, and process personal information as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, process bookings and applications, communicate with customers, meet legal or regulatory obligations, prevent fraud, and operate our business.

Because travel services often require information to be sent to airlines, hotels, insurers, visa application centres, embassies, government authorities, educational institutions, payment providers, and other suppliers, you authorize the disclosure of relevant personal information to such parties where reasonably required to perform the requested service.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

29. Communications and Electronic Records

You consent to receiving service-related communications by telephone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, messaging applications, or other contact details supplied by you.

Electronic communications, confirmations, invoices, tickets, vouchers, forms, messages, and records may be used as evidence of instructions, approvals, transactions, disclosures, and booking confirmations.

You are responsible for keeping your contact details current and for monitoring communications relating to your booking.

30. Fraud, Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers must not knowingly use stolen, unauthorized, fraudulent, or disputed payment methods.

Before initiating a chargeback or payment reversal relating to a genuine booking, you should contact Varioline Traveller so that we can review the transaction, supplier rules, refund status, and supporting records.

Where a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute is raised after a service has been provided, ticket issued, supplier paid, or non-refundable cost incurred, we may provide booking records, customer instructions, invoices, confirmations, supplier rules, and other relevant evidence to the payment provider or financial institution.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of future services and recovery action where permitted by law.

31. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Varioline Traveller will be responsible only for direct losses proven to have resulted from our own failure to exercise reasonable care in providing the specific service contracted from us.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, loss of enjoyment, reputational loss, or loss arising from circumstances controlled by a supplier or government authority, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

32. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Varioline Traveller for reasonable losses, costs, liabilities, claims, penalties, and expenses arising from your fraudulent conduct, unlawful use of our services, deliberate misrepresentation, unauthorized booking activity, or material breach of these Terms.

This provision does not require you to indemnify Varioline Traveller for losses caused by our own unlawful conduct or negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

33. Complaints and Customer Support

If you have a complaint about a service arranged through Varioline Traveller, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible and provide the relevant booking reference, traveller name, supporting documents, photographs where relevant, and a clear description of the issue.

Where a problem arises during travel, the customer should also raise the issue promptly with the relevant supplier so that the supplier has an opportunity to address it while the service is being provided.

We will review complaints in good faith and, where appropriate, liaise with the relevant supplier. Supplier response times and outcomes remain outside our direct control.

34. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and transactions governed by them are subject to the applicable laws of Pakistan, unless a mandatory law governing a particular supplier or service provides otherwise.

The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion and written correspondence.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, either party may pursue any remedy, mediation, arbitration, or court process available under applicable law. Subject to mandatory legal requirements and any valid written agreement to the contrary, the courts at Lahore, Pakistan, shall have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.

35. Changes to These Terms

Varioline Traveller may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, supplier practices, technology, commercial arrangements, or legal requirements.

The version displayed on our website at the time of a new booking or transaction will generally apply to that booking unless different terms are expressly agreed in writing.

Changes to these general Terms will not retrospectively alter a confirmed booking where doing so would conflict with applicable law or binding booking-specific terms.

36. Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

A failure or delay by Varioline Traveller to enforce a provision does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision or any other right.

These Terms, together with applicable quotations, invoices, booking confirmations, supplier rules, policies, written service agreements, and other terms expressly incorporated into a transaction, form the agreement governing the relevant service.
